The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of hot water in the shower, and a mini-fridge in the room. The breakfast was average. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. There's also a lounge area with a ping-pong table and a pool table, which is quite nice. The staff were polite and helpful. They were happy to assist me when I needed to store my luggage for a few hours. The hotel is in a quiet location, within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets, which is very convenient. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was that the hotel didn't provide free drinking water—I had to buy it myself, although it's easy to find outside the hotel. As for the room's cleanliness, the mattress and pillows need improvement, as I found hair and stains. Additionally, there were moths in the kitchen cabinets. Despite these issues, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is a very poorly maintained property. Needs paint everywhere. Main elevator broken (from the reviews I see it has been for a while). Products used for cleaning have a strong chemical smell. It was cold and raining but I kept opening my balcony door for air because my eyes were bothered by the chemical smell/fumes (very strange). My room had a light that didn't work, a broken chair (they replaced it when I asked), stained sheet and towel, mold on the balcony door jam, very scuffed up walls, blackout curtains that didn't close properly with a bright light on the balcony that was always on at night, closet doors that didn't close properly.... The entire back garden and outside pool were being rebuilt so construction noise and workers outside my windows from 8-5. I do not reccomend this property.

The checking in was a stressful experience owner is in another country we were given an overseas number which we could not contact . Then we eventually had a contact with an agent with instructions. the location was great apartment was very cluttered and very tired cable did not work and TV had issues with sound we had to request a replacement TV bay windows rattled with wind so all and poor experience

O café da Manhã na quando era adninistrada pela empresa anterior, era infinitamente melhor. Variedade e quantidade de itens no cafe da manhã deixaram a desejar
